THE ROLE OF THE EDUCATOR-TEACHER’S PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE IN THE FORMATION OF HUMANISTIC FEELINGS IN CHILDREN

Abstract. In the article, it is emphasized that it is important to update the con tent of preschool education in modern times, to apply new learning technolo gies, and to bring more humanistic ideas to the work of education. It is noted that the formation and proper development of humanistic feelings in children should start from the preschool age. The educator should be able to purpose fully develop humanism in the child. Forming humane qualities and a humane character in a child from an early age plays an important role in his future development based on human feelings. The development of national and spiritual consciousness in children, their social development, their growth as a personality, to themselves and to the people around them, attitude to living and inanimate nature is more effective during exercises on humanistic education in kindergarten based on the teacher’s pedagogical competence. When establishing a relationship with their friends, during collective games and exercises with groups, children listen to each other’s thoughts, as if they are happy for each other’s successes and saddened by each other’s sorrows. They develop feelings of caring for their peers and sharing their pain.
