BASIC TECHNOLOGIES OF METHODICAL WORK ORGANIZATION IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Abstract. The article provides information on recommendations and practical help for the organization of methodical services in pre-school educational institutions, as well as teaching staff. It is known that the methodist is the first assistant of the director. Methodical work in the preschool educational institution is carried out under his supervision. He coordinates the work of the pedagogical team, participates in increasing the experience of employees by conducting group consultations, and participates in improving the skills of educators-teachers. When organizing the work of the methodical cabinet, the methodist should remember the main point, its content and design should meet the needs of educators-teachers of the preschool educational institution. The method office should be accessible to every educator-teacher and should have a convenient, flexible work schedule. All the layout should be in the same style, suitable for conversation and creative work.
