THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES OF QUALITY ORGANIZATION OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION (Analysis of the modern preschool education system in Azerbaijan)
Abstract. The article examines the qualitative organization of the modern preschool education system in Azerbaijan. As it is known, preschool education is the first link to a continuous education system. Preschool education ensures the formation of a child with a healthy, developed personality, the creation of enthusiasm for learning, and preparation for systematic learning. Specific goals are set for this. In the context of the modernization of the education system, the main task of the state education policy in Azerbaijan is to ensure the quality of education, including modern preschool education. It is also noted that quality is the object’s compliance with established standards. The quality of preschool education is a feature that expresses the degree of compliance with the state standard of preschool education (requirements for the structure of basic educational programs, conditions for their implementation, and results of their development). Thus, the state standard of preschool education is a guideline, a tool, and also a criterion for evaluating the state and development of the preschool education system.
