THE ROLE OF THE PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF THE EDUCATOR-TEACHER IN THE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL COMMUNICATION
Abstract. The article examines various aspects of improving the professional qualities of educators working in the field of preschool education, taking into account that education is one of the main factors in the formation of new qua lities of economic and social development in modern times, and focuses on the main goal - improving the content of education, the importance of professio nal pedagogical staff and management structures as a mechanism of influence. The article shows that pedagogical communication is a key component of the educational process, its importance as a complex process that not only transfers information, but also affects the emotional and social development of children. It is emphasized that effective pedagogical communication plays an important role in increasing learning motivation in the educational environment, in forming self-confidence in children, and in developing creative thinking. The importance of the problem requires the investigation of various aspects of the competencies possessed by educators working in the field of preschool education.
