PROJECT-BASED APPROACH TO THE LEARNING PROCESS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
Abstract. This article examines the application of the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model in preschool education and demonstrates how this approach contributes to the development of critical thinking, collabora tion, and creativity skills in preschool children. The project-based learning approach creates conditions for the formation of self-regulation, problem solving, collaboration, interpersonal relationships, information process ing, critical creative, analytical thinking, evaluation, understanding of one's own relationship with the world around them, etc.in children. The presented studies demonstrate effective learning through activities related to real life, in accordance with the interests of children. The application of this method in preschool age contributes to the development of children in many areas, but the effectiveness of the learning process undoubtedly depends on the cooperation of the participants in the educational process and a properly structured strategy. During the research, there are expecta tions from educators, which are also mentioned in the article. In general, this approach also includes didactic principles. As a result, the child's development in many directions is achieved while having fun and without stress. The child acquires primary life skills by understanding them.
