THE USE OF OPTIMAL TRAINING METHODS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
Abstract. The article talks about the use of optimal training methods in preschool education. It is noted that the correct selection and application of methods in the training process increases efficiency. It is emphasized that it is impossible to achieve high educational results with ineffective methods. It is analyzed that the application of new methods in modern times affects the fundamental change of the educator-teacher, his work, work methods, as a result, the method of working with children. In accordance with the requirements of the modern age, conditions should be created for children to conduct independent searches for knowledge, reproduction, and creative activities, their reference to memory, thinking, their interest in learning, and their attitude to control and assessment should be changed, their activities should be updated. The article also comments on the positive effect of the correct application of traditional methods on the training process, depending on the topic, purpose, and circumstances of the training. Depending on the goals, content, and children preparation of the training, acquiring skills such as correctly alternating traditional methods with interactive methods, and applying the most optimal method for a specific situation, helps to form the pedagogical mastery of the educator-teacher, as a result, to improve the quality of preschool education.
