JOINT WORK OF THE FAMILY AND THE SCHOOL IN FORMING YOUNG SCHOOLCHILDREN AS PERSONALITIES

Abstract. The article mentions that, taking into account the rapid development of modern life, the task of today’s school is not only to teach children to learn, but also to involve parents in order to act as a unified education and upbringing, taking into account the impor tance of family upbringing. The interaction of teachers with parents in the school does not only involve the exchange of ideas. Therefore, every teacher in his work is looking for new and effective approaches to work with children and their parents, which allows to maximize the positive aspects of education and personality formation of a young schoolchild and minimize the negative aspects. Cooperation between the family and the school for the formation of the student’s personality is one of the development prio rities of the education system today. In the process of training and upbringing of young students in the school, joint activity with parents affects the correct organization of the work. In this work, there is a need for mutual communication, uniformity in requirements, regular and consistent, planned activities. Because the goals and tasks facing the family and the school are the same: to educate a thoroughly developed person who loves his Motherland with deep love.
