TEACHER CERTIFICATION: FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA EXPERIENCE

Abstract. Certification is a process that regulates the development of educational systems, keeps the scientific-pedagogical, methodical, and intellectual level of teachers in the required form, and opens the way to a new stage of their professional training and pedagogical activity. When examining the world experience, it can be clearly seen that the improvement of the teaching process and its modern character is based on the development of the professional level of teachers. As the most optimal way for this, if on the one hand, the implementation of the process of improving the professional training of teachers is seen, then certification comes into focus as an inspiring force of professional development. This research work is dedicated to the certification of teachers in the United States of America, as well as the work carried out in the direction of developing the level of professionalism, the mechanism of certification, and the possibilities of the impact of certification on the pedagogical activity of teachers. The research work serves to create certain ideas about the certification of teachers in the United States in general, to study the experience of certification.
