NEW LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN PRESCHOOL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract. The article talks about the intensive application of new training technologies by educators-teachers in pre-school educational institutions. It is noted that the use of these technologies is important in the formation of a child’s personality. It is impossible to form a child’s personality without humanizing and democratizing the educational process. The main essence of this is the principles of constructive, creative, changing, pedagogical and socio-cultural importance in training, in other words, the pedagogical process conducted in a correct and level way. One of the main tasks of the modernization of preschool education is the goal-oriented organization of the professional activity of educators-teachers. The application of innovative pedagogical technologies to this system, on the one hand, ensures the formation of the professional competencies of educators-teachers, and on the other hand, it creates conditions for the organization of integrative training with the application of technologies to the training process in educational institutions of various levels. Innovative activity is the basis and content of the innovative learning process. The essence of this activity is that the pedagogical process is renewed by bringing innovations to the traditional education system, which leads to an increase in the level of training.
