PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF CHILD REARING IN SINGLE-PARENT FAMILIES

Abstract. The analysis of this topic highlights the importance of individualized learning and emotional support within the educational environment. Pedagogical strategies should focus on creating an inclusive environment that takes into account the socio-cultural characteristics and individual needs of each child. The role of a single parent has a significant influence on educational processes; therefore, it is essential to consider family traditions and values. It is equally important to recognize the potential psychological challenges faced by children growing up in single-parent families and to provide them with timely pedagogical support. Close cooperation between educators and parents plays a crucial role in developing a coherent educational and child-rearing strategy. Particular attention should be paid to fostering children’s social adaptation skills and their ability to establish self-confident relationships with their peers. The educational environment should promote a sense of security and emotional well-being. Furthermore, an individualized approach facilitates the identification and development of each child’s potential and contributes to enhancing learning motivation.
