THE MAIN PRIORITIES FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract. The article focuses on the theoretical and practical problems of teaching and learning paradigms in secondary schools. It is noted that one of the essential conditions for a teacher to establish a sincere human relationship with students is to become a person who is needed by our people, our homeland. It also has a positive effect on their formation as adults. The torch created by the teacher illuminates the life of every student who takes his first fragile steps to school. The upbringing of students, their upbringing as an individual, as a citizen, as a perfect person is the duty and honor of every teacher. Along with the professional qualities of the teacher, the personal example of the teacher has a great influence on the suitable regulation of the teacher-student relationship. The article also attitudes on the main conditions of the school regime and shortcomings in the teacher-student relationship.
