A PERSPECTIVE ON PRESCHOOL EDUCATION IN THE MODERN ERA
Abstract. The article examines the issues related to the effective organization of the modern preschool education system in Azerbaijan. As is well known, pres chool education is the initial link in the lifelong education system. It ensures the formation of a healthy and well-developed personality, fosters a desire to learn, and prepares children for systematic education. To achieve this, specific obje ctives are set. In the context of modernizing the education system, the primary goal of Azerbaijan’s state education policy is to ensure the quality of education, including modern preschool education. The article also notes that, despite the positive developments in the field of preschool education in the country, several issues remain unresolved. One of the highlighted points is that, alongside undeniable advancements in mo dern education, there are still solvable problems. Undoubtedly, preschool educa tion is of great importance and relevance in the modern era. It should be empha sized that during the preschool years, the fundamental personal characteristics of a child are formed, determining the quality of their future physical and intellec tual development. If the individual developmental characteristics of each child are not taken into account at this age, it may negatively impact their future life.
