PEDAGOGICAL ISSUES OF USING NEW LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN PRIMARY CLASSES

Abstract. The article talks about the pedagogical issues of using new learning technologies in primary classes. In modern times, when educational reforms are implemented in Azerbaijan, certain works are being done in the direction of reconstruction of the general education system. It is considered one of the important conditions to change the general picture and structure of general education schools, especially to adapt its content to the principles of modern didactics. Therefore, steps are being taken to make significant changes at all levels of education, including primary education, and to create strategies and new assessment mechanisms. These reform-oriented measures are implemented consistently and systematically. It is noted that to achieve the content standards and the learning objectives arising from them, various materials, videos, and modern technologies should be used that encourage students in the learning process. The main goal is to teach students the skills required by the content standards. Lessons should be based on the principles of integrativeness, result-oriented, student-oriented, personality-oriented, and personalization of training.
