The article emphazies with the conflicts of student-student, teacher-parent, parent-child, school-parent-student,which concern parents as well as the educational community, especially the features of school conflict and reasons of occur. The author describes the difficulties faced by teachers, students and parents in a wide range of relationships in the school environment, which develop in a series of conflicts in the educational process. The author sees the reason for this in the fact that parents do not pay enough attention to their children, do not allocate enough time, and in some cases, the parents, class teacher, student. Experience has shown that in modern times, an authoritarian environment increases tension, which results in apathy, resentment or aggression, which in turn often leads to a sharp deterioration of relationships, and sometimes to the deformation of the personality. The early detection of the problem, its elimination in a faster and more constructive way can help prevent a number of complications.
