EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE ERA OF DIGITALIZATION: INNOVATIVE APPROACHES AND INTERNATIONAL PRACTICES
Abstract. The article examines innovative approaches applied to educational management in the modern era of digitalization, the opportunities offered by technology, and relevant international practices. It discusses key directions such as results-based decision-making driven by digitalization, democratic governance aligned with contemporary requirements, adaptive leadership skills, trans parency, and sustainable, systematic, and continuous development. The study emphasizes the significant role of establishing a management system with these characteristics in enhancing the quality of teaching and promoting learning out comes. Furthermore, the article addresses a range of critical issues, including digital accessibility, data security, risk balancing, analysis of international experiences, strengthening human resource capacity capable of making competitive, flexible, and innovative decisions, developing educational administrators with strong digital competencies, and the efficient and purposeful use of informa tion and communication technologies. The article highlights that digitalization is not limited solely to the implementation of technological innovations; rather, it represents a comprehensive process that ensures the formation of an innovative, systematic, equitable, flexible, and adaptive management structure in education. These aspects are of great importance in aligning the education system with international standards, enabling agile responses to contemporary challeng es, and ensuring transparent, structured, planned, and sustainable development.
