THE OPTIMAL MANAGEMENT OF ACTIVITIES IN PRE-SCHOOL PREPARATORY GROUPS AS A FACTOR IN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EARLY SCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract. The article analyzes the issues related to the effective organization of management as one of the key factors in improving the outcomes of the pedagogical process in school readiness groups organized in preschool institutions and schools. It discusses the importance of adhering to several principles in management, the necessity for leadership structures, and the professional competen cies of group leaders. It is noted that the managerial activities of leaders in school readiness groups, their familiarity with the intricacies of this work, knowled ge of leadership and management models, proficiency in modern management methods and technologies, ability to conduct observations and analyses, as well as competencies such as creativity, innovative approaches, and forecasting, are factors that condition the outcome-oriented nature of the process. The article also emphasizes the importance of preschool teachers possessing broad knowledge, teaching skills, high pedagogical expertise, practical abilities, and necessary competencies, with accompanying analyses.
