MAIN CONDITIONS FOR THE PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION OF PSYCHOLOGISTS IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract. The research work is aimed at investigating the main conditions for the professional adaptation of psychologists working in the school environment. In the research, professional adaptation, effective activity, the pedagogical colle ctive, and successful interaction with students are analyzed as important factors ensuring successful professional integration. The question "What should a psy chologist do and how should they operate?" is clearly addressed in the research, and the necessary factors, skills, and professional qualities for the development of the school psychologist's professional adaptation are characterized. The posi tive effects of the favorable psychological environment created in schools due to the efforts of school psychologists with sufficient scientific knowledge and practical skills on the quality and productivity of activity are discussed. In the research, the essence of educational institutions, their important role in children's growth, psychological development, and preparing them for independent life in society are discussed, and it is emphasized that every specialist working in scho ol should approach their activity precisely from this context.
