OPTIMAL APPROACHES TO MANAGING PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE CONTEMPORARY ERA
Abstract. This article analyzes the main principles, challenges, and de velopment directions in the management of kindergartens in the context of contemporary demands. This is particularly evident at the preschool education stage, as kindergartens serve as crucial spaces where individuals — who shape the future of society — acquire their first social and in tellectual experiences. From this perspective, managing kindergartens is not only an organizational-functional issue but also a process of strategic significance. The article further highlights that contemporary challenges and global trends in education management necessitate a re-evaluation of management models for preschool institutions. It emphasizes that an effective management system should not be limited to supervising the activities of pedagogical staff; it must also incorporate development-orient ed, flexible, and results-driven mechanisms. The analysis demonstrates that in the modern era, managing preschool institutions goes beyond administrative control, encompassing comprehensive activities aimed at organizing the pedagogical process with high quality, fostering team har mony, and promoting the holistic development of children. Institutional leaders, while ensuring the strategic advancement of the educational in stitution, must also create an environment conducive to the realization of each child’s individual potential.
